Hey there! So I wanted to create her with her two forms, her Demon and regular form. I ended up making 2 LoRAs for it because the outfits are so similar that the training got confused and would give her regular look elf ears and her demon look gold armor, but light purple hair and blue clothes. So to make things a little easier I just did 2 versions entirely.
illustrious version: I was able to put them in one LoRA instead of needing to split them up :) enjoy!

Now, that's a feat I would love to achieve, two forms in a single LoRA is nice! Did you add two separate dataset in the training image folder with two tags? Or used a secondary tag with a single dataset?
Oh hey! What I did was have all the images together:normal and demon look in one dataset folder. Then the demon pictures had their own tag and normal images had their own tag. Then made sure to train with 1100-1200 steps total to make sure the outfits wouldn't bleed together when you tried prompting them 😀
