This hypernetwork works with female poses. You must to use the tags skinny, small breast etc.. on your main model It will be create more accurate images and poses of small breasted girls.
It doesn't works full face portraits.
It works with all the models, but works best with photo realistic ones.

Trained with more than 200 erotic photos of small breasts models, posing to the camera.
