This is a LoRA for being breastfed while resting your head on waifu's lap. While prompts alone can generate to some extent, using LoRA improves the stability of the generation.

Grab the breast with the “breast lift” and “breast hold” prompts.” The “outstretched arm” and “reaching toward viewer” prompts compose a composition supporting the viwer's head.
