Small(version) is worse if you want to get close to original anime style. But if not - you can get good result on both ones.

https://civitai.com/posts/4927254 4/4 images is correct looking character, what do you mean by consistency and what you do with LoRA? if you try to get something like photorealism -> yes you can get problems with this multicharacter LoRAs, cuz it have inside style of title, but for anime/arts it work ~consistent on main character, and little inconsistent on secondary(consistent if you add some tags about clothes and hair style)
@randomizer89 I can get Chiyo, Sakaki and Kagura, but not other characters like Ayuma. That's what I mean by inconsistent. I was just going off the listed trigger words. I even copied some prompts on your examples.
@pogo https://civitai.com/images/22237604 4/4 again(try little one now, but it worse than big one), but yes, i understand better you now - write age tags for charas(like old man, or mature female for charas who not looks young, cuz most charas here looks young and lora tends to change age by default(in fact it a big problem on many other LoRAs too)), and ofc if you need this yellow chio's father it really inconsistent
also doubles as a style lora, nice job
