Just curious, what are you setting your Unet and Text LR at when training models?
I think I've been using the default settings.
Unet at 0.0005 and Text 0.00005 (I think the Unet should be lower, but I keep forgetting to change it)
I really just started messing around with LoRA's recently, so I stuck with the basics for the most part.
@TheMoralBandit I've just been having issues with my LORAs being undertrained on Pony (having almost no effect on the image). Not sure what I'm screwing up.
@bscientist Interesting. Yeah, try dropping the Unet to 0.0001 and see if that makes a difference. If not you can try increasing the epoch a little bit.
@bscientist I haven't worked with concepts, but I think you should try adaptive tuner like prodigy, or yes you can increase lr, but if it's already 0.00005 then maybe wrong dataset or caption or something else, it's easy to trace through graph, if average error stays the same for a long time then yes model is not trained, if it jumps up and down then lr step is too big.
