this lora appears to be made exclusively with AI-generated images and not with real infrared photographs. It's the case ? When practicing photography, I don't say to myself "ha! An image in the infra!" but no longer "white image except (what you want), (in color of your choice).

It's not the case. I can see why you'd think so though, it's not exactly infrared because it's gotten an average of various infrared images with false-color 'artifacts'. Which can be red hued, complete white, blue hued, etcetera. It doesn't really learn well enough within a LoRA which parts of all possible subjects should turn which hue/white, so it's an approximation.
