What do you recommend to fix spaghetti hands on the wedgie pull area?
There's not a fool proof solution for hands in SD, unfortunately, but adding tags to the prompt may be sufficient to get it right. It can be any tag. Alternatively, you can try to add a variation seed with very low strength (0.01-0.09). It often is a small tweak that's needed, and that may work.

Use smudge tool in photoshop (or some free equivalent) and crudely draw what you want it to look like. Don't sweat lighting etc, just get colors and edges right, then try to inpaint that area at low denoising (~0.2).
