It's very tricky. You won't get multiple locations in on single lora easy. Some will be mixed with others.

435MB is a medium size file

870MB is a higher size

217.5MB can be considered a smaller size (I never tested it yet)

The thing I noticed, the higher the size, the more detailed resolution you get. (In some situations it differs)

Sounds awesome. I wish I had time to do all these requests. Currently, I'm super busy with other lora's + work.

If ever had extra time, I'll look into it.

Also, you can check other people's work. I'm pretty sure others may have what you are looking for.

You can check this tutorial for local lora training, though, you may need high gpu ram memory.

Or you can simply do it on civitai. Almost same processes in another tutorial but instead of doing it locally, you do it on civitai.
