This is a model I've merged with a lot of others to create very lifelike, realistic, human people. It's focused primarily on photography for all my prompts but you could probably get other results out of it.
It's not going to give you consistent doll face/Instagram/anime face girls if that's what you're into.
I'm incredibly lazy and probably won't post a follow up or reply to comments.
