There was a SD1.5 Model like this but I haven't noticed one for Pony so here we are.

Works pretty well for skirts and dress. Works not as well for other garments.

Seems to work better now and I changed the trigger word to be just erection_under_clothes.

Now works better for different kinds of clothes.

"Penis" in the negatives might help, I did that as a test and then forgot to double check the effect with and without.
