This model should excel at lighting and shading. (That was the goal at least). It is capable of almost everything but does especially well with females. Both tag style prompts as well as verbose prompting should work well for you. (Even both at the same time). I have not baked in a VAE to allow more freedom in how you can use this model. I recommend Anything V-3.0 VAE. I'm not great at coming up with new and unique prompts outside my usual style so testing was a little hard. I hope some creative people will try this out and really push it to see what it can do.
