This LoRA give the subject lipples. Works well with a weight of 1 and a CFG around 3-4. I would recommend using it with inpainting as it tends to have an effect on the body positioning

Is there any way to get this less realistic?
Probably not since my training data was all photo morphs. Have you tried https://civitai.com/models/22119/lipples? That one may be less realistic
