It's because Artisanica v1 uses the Deliberate checkpoint which has been labeled as not for profit. This version just removes Deliberate and adds in new checkpoints to the merge to make it safe to sell generations of it with. Artisanica is worked on every day as well and if there's something you think it can improve on please let us know.

@BlueDancer Hi, it's not about being worse or better, it's about being able to use it locally in an unlimited way, something that can't be done anymore. There will always be better and worse models, but Artisanica 1.0 was unique and what is unfair is that only the people that were able to download it in the time it was available can use it now, free software and open source exist to maintain this fairness, not something that is "available for a limited time" and then hidden from view. If I knew models were going to be removed I'd download them all for archival purposes, so future generations can download them and compare them, and enjoy them, that's why huggingface model repositories are full of old versions of models, they don't hurt anybody, and more often than not I like old versions better, new versions tend to sacrifice their uniqueness for coherence and "beauty" (in parenthesis because women faces tend to look alike the more modern the model is, no point in using one if it gives the same girl as another model), but one has the option of using the old version. I can't tell if Artisanicav v2 is better or worse because I can't download 1.0 at all.

I don't know how this message sounds, but I'm not angry, I'm sad, Artisanica 1.0 now forms part of Lost Media, along with other old versions of models by creators that don't appreciate its own roots. DucHaiten Beta6 is my favorite model by them, imagine if it was deleted when Ductaiten AI Art 1.0 was released! The community would have lost something of value.
