This is another variation of the surgical outfit model, though it is trained from scratch with dedicated dataset. The goal of this model is to capture the pose when surgeons enter the operating room, hands right in front of the chest, ready to operate. The pose is part of the operating room hygiene protocol to ensure a sterile procedure, but has become a symbol of surgeons' professionalism.

The model is trained using realistic images at clip1, and should work with both realistic and anime models. See sample images for prompting tips.
