Well... I've been working on this update for several days and nothing has worked. It's been one fail after another after another. No matter what I did, every time I got promising results once I threw Protogen on top then it just destroyed the futanari results, and produced much more mangled genitalia. It was frustrating, maddening, and I came very close to giving up. Then I finally figured out the trick. Part of the problem is that Protogen doesn't really understand male genitalia all that well, if even at all. So once it got thrown in on top of the futanari stuff, it really broke the ability to render anything that decently resembled a penis. So, I fixed it though. I got something that I think is pretty decent, produces more consistent results, and can do much better penises. It doesn't do them all the time, but it certainly can. The fix to this was to include AIrotic Art's Penis model. I had to include it on both ends though. I had to do a merge to include it into Futa Anime, and then another merge to include it into Protogen 5.3, then slap those two together and this is what I got. Not going to go into details on the formula, but that's the gist of it.
Now, on to the new prompting. I recommend you add weight attention to penis, and use the following keywords in your prompt:
"Penis, frenulum, penerec, erect penis"
I also DON'T recommend that you use "1girl" in your prompt. Doing so will produce weird lumpy vaginas... Basically run a batch, find one that renders a decent penis, use that one as your seed, then re-run with the same prompt and a low variation amount to get similar results and clean up the penis (if it needs it).
Also, because this is a merge with the AIroticArt Penis Model, it has a tendency to want to render men sometimes. This doesn't happen often, but it can. You can avoid this by making sure to mention "breasts" in your positive prompt. you can also put terms like "male, man, boy" in your negative prompts to reduce the likelihood that it will happen. Just take a look at the example prompts on the images. Those were all pretty easy to get, except the demon woman. That one was a pain in the ass for some reason that I don't yet understand. Some of the images required a little bit of seed work to clean them up a little bit, but none of them were edited, inpainted, or anything like that. All of them are direct outputs from the model.
Getting cum is difficult. You do really have to heavily weight cum in your prompt, but it can work.
Seeing as the file size more than doubled with this new version, I also am providing pruned versions that are fp16 no-ema prunes.
For best results use the Standard SD VAE
Disclaimer: All prompts in the example images are using InvokeAI Syntax NOT Automatic1111 syntax. The main difference here is that 'term+' is equivalent to '(term)' ++ is equivalent to (()) and so on.

In short, this one produces better quality, and better consistency. While it does require a few more prompting terms to get consistent results, the results are better and more consistent once you get it dialed in.

Will test it but... sighs ... I realize more and more how almost alone I seem to be in my dislike for the full male package down below :/ Though have to take what is there and do the best with it ^^
Appreciate your opinion. FWIW, I have seen some images come out of this where there are smaller penises, and/or vagina-like abberations down below near the penis. So it may be possible to get that out of this model, but it's not something I've specifically tried to achieve.

There is a pruned .ckpt version that is available. Just click the Down arrow next to the download button. The upload failed when I tried to upload the unpruned version.

This base got wonky.. just produces weird pink blobs... But I didn't notice cause my lazy ass didn't test it before I just tried to merge protogen into it. I first tried upgrading to Protogen Infinity so I did this:
BetterFutaPenisBase + Protogen Infinity @ 0.5
That added absolutely 0 protogen, but for some reason I don't quite understand it fixed the base. I called that BetterFutaAnimeBase. Cause the result was futa anime with slightly improved penises...
So next:
ProtoPenisBase:
Protogen 5.3(A) + (AIroticArt Penis(B) - SD 1.5(C)) @ 0.5
Then
BetterFutaAnimeBase + ProtoPenisBase @ 0.5
If it's not clear, the Penis Bases were add difference merge removing the base SD 1.5 model from AIrotic art penis model

What are the prompts you used? Im not getting anything nearly as nice as the blonde poolside :P
I get too many penis just want one.
The prompts I used are in the images. (Click the info icon in the lower right corner) I used InvokeAI to generate the images with the high res optimization (hires fix) turned on. The model does have a tendency to generate extra penises sometimes.

@stablydiffused Wow this is great im gonna post the results when I get a few good ones. Gawwwd, Any plans to make a more photo real skin version there's like 6 anime futa ones but still no realistic looking ones. But of the 6 yours is by far my fav ;)

Anyone tried to generate some futa selfsuck pictures? I'm having no luck with that, a few of them are actually close to what I want but turn out way too broken. I'm guessing it's just not trained for that
Yeah I haven't tried to do that at all. I didn't train this model, it's a merge I did with Protogen 5.3, Futa Anime, and AIroticArt's Penis model. I don't think any of those would support a self-suck image.

Prompts for this were: full body, futanari, (large penis), frenulum, penerec, erect penis, masterpiece, high quality, (((solo, selfsuck, blowjob, titfuck))), breasts
And negative prompts: male, man, boy, lowres, bad anatomy, bad hands, (text), error, missing fingers, extra digit, fewer digits, cropped, worst quality, low quality, normal quality, jpeg artifacts, (signature), (watermark), (logo), username, blurry, artist name
I generated a ton of pictures but only a few ones were close.
...and yes I do realize the dick is wrong but there is no way to get it right since no model out there understands the concept of a selfsuck and tries to draw blowjobs every time so I decided to stick with it

Finally, I've been looking for model capable of Futa but non of them could. Does it have the capability of make real people as well?
It doesn't really do photorealism well. Check out the https://civitai.com/models/5961/realistic-futa model made by @Miru00 as that one gets more realistic than this one does. I'm trying to train a model from 1.5 on trans women but so far have not been able to get anything worth posting out of it.

every time i've tried to load the model it takes like 10 minutes then I get an error string. Only thing that sticks out is "Permission Error" and at the end "Permission Denied"
