The workflow is find a good seed in 512 x 768 then hi res fix at 2 scale with .36 denoise and then inpainting the face at 640x640 with denoise of .48 for the final image.

Thanks for the Jenny! I've actually requested this one before, and tried myself with poor results.
Its very hard to find good high res images of her for training. My best idea was to take screenshots from her videos.
