When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

medium hair, pink hair, yellow eyes, round glasses, nurse outfit, white headdress, white collar, white apron, black sleeves, long sleeves, black dress, red armband,

SD 1.5:

A LoRA weight of 0.7 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

short hair, pink hair, yellow eyes, round glasses, nurse uniform, black dress, white apron, red armband, white hat
