おひさまの国のプリンセス。双子姉妹の姉にあたる。ロイヤルワンダー学園に入学後のパートナーの天使はキュキュ。名前の綴りは「Rein」「清楚」・「穢れていない」などの意味がある。ファインの「大変大変！」に対して、レインは「だいじょぶだいじょぶ」と言うことが口癖。ファインに比べ、おっとりとしている面も多く清楚な印象が強いが、意外に強気でしっかり者。お洒落やアクセサリーが好き。ファインとは逆に怖いもの知らずで、オバケ、暗い場所も平気。優しい心の持ち主で、人の些細な心情の変化に気付く
