It looks like this still doesn't solve the main problem that Pony has with catgirls, which is that it almost always gives them human ears
Now that you mentioned it, this is very true. I'll see if a solution can be made by updated tagging for 'human ears'

v2.1 isn't 100% reliable but seems much better from my testing! I uploaded some comparison images.

It will default to females and feminine features yes.
You can prompt "1boy" "muscular" etc for more male features of course, but at best the results will be more androgynous I think
