Except for the one titled "Pose 11" which is another pose for sitting on a flat surface, these are bunch of poses for sitting in a chair, but with different leg or arm positions. I do suggest you add some kind of chair to your prompt.

Some of them are intended to work with loras that put the person in some kind of cockpit, but you'll need to add something to your prompt specifying what you want the hands to be doing, these poses don't include hand positions.
