This version seems to have more detail in the penis head and testicles/sack. Seems to only work in DarkSun, not sure why, hopefully someone can offer tips.

"flaccid" may work as well.
I tried with realistic models and only a ballsack showed up with no penis :(
If multiple penises show up, neg prompt it out, otherwise turn CFG down to 7-12.5 but keep in mind that "1boy" might be the culprit too but I use "1girl" often and it's fine.
