I have created three model and this seems to give the best results from my experiments with different settings. I will update it in the future (next week maybe :D)
I recommend any of these resolution with hi res fix:
512x512

768x768
LoRa weights: 0.7-0.8 or you can experiment on your own to see what what gives the best result :D

Btw, did you see that metagon has already made Rinne, Hiiro, and Mao? Also, Du_xing has made Jun, Hokuto, Tetora, and Chiaki. KCanHen has made another Leo and Tsukasa. And mameko has made Rei. There may be more than those, but as of right now, that's all that pops up when I search for "Ensemble Stars." Hopefully that helps you plan which ones you will be doing in the future.
thankyou, yeah i saw those models too. i am currently planning to make either yuta or hinata next they are going to look so similar in the output i will see what i can do to differentiate them :D
@shiowoneko Sounds good! With you and everyone else working on them, they'll all be done in no time. It would be good if you all can coordinate so there's no overlap, but that's probably easier said than done.
@dita yeah that sound really hard but i will try to make model that are not conflicting with each others :D
@shiowoneko If you make a duplicate, then you do. 🤷 Seems like a lot of wasted work, but I guess it's not much different from the amount of effort it would take to coordinate with others. Actually, it may even be less effort if not everyone understands the same language. Plus it's definitely true that not everyone's work is the same quality. Someone posted a 10th version of Chisato from Lycoris Recoil yesterday, which just seems pointless to me—but theirs actually looks like it's better than many of the others that had been posted previously. The loras you make are really good quality, so if someone makes a character I want as their first lora and it really sucks, I'd still be happy to see you make the same character too.
@dita i dont mind the work at all :D i have loads of time to kill like 1 month before school start. the proses of making the lora itself does not take long, i use a 512x512 preset for my training but the thing that can take hours is finding good quality pictures to train it on that can fit on a 512x512 resolution. (768x768 take a lot of gpu memory that i don't have ).
