Trigger: "KarlachBG3, demon girl, colored skin, slit pupils" always needed, for accuracy add "tattoo, scars" and a choice between "muscular" or "toned".
Choice of eye colors: "Yellow eyes", "Orange eyes", "Red eyes"
Suggestions:
Use "crop top, black pants, torn pants" for normal outfit, change "crop top" to "chest harness" for the outfit with rings.
Quite RNG sadly as the data had variety enough to make it hard to train in a set outfit.
Add "earrings, piercings" as needed/wanted.
Some alternate angles and poses can break her horns but will still appear with some inconsistencies like 2 horns instead of 1.
Baldur's Gate 3 best girl needed to be brought over to XL so here we are and better quality with the benefits of PonyXl. I hope you all enjoy.

Dayum...that's probably the crispiest looking Karlach I've seen so far! I literally wouldn't be able to find any artifacts typical for AI in your samples :D

Glad you like the look of it, perks of the new XL models that look clean. You can easily add artist and style prompts as well to change it up a fair bit if you want, I personally share mostly the vanilla look since it is the best way to tell if the lora is baked well or not. I hope you have fun with the model. :)

HOT. In all senses. Also the model weight very little, which is a big plus.
Hope other BG3 ladies are also planned.
Glad you like it, I been playing with model size and I might be able to make them even smaller since so far there is no noticeable loss in quality by making them small. As for other ladies I think I might since I notice some have lacking loras and none for PDXL so I will see what I can do, might start with Minthara since she barely even has 1.5 loras.
@Manityro Amazing. Yeah the 800mb LoRA you find for SDXL do not produce those amazing results either, but people publish them anyway. And my SSD has only so much space.

It was uploaded to my tensor page linked on my profile but I just noticed there was an error about it being the wrong format. Working on getting it fixed with support since I didn't notice there was an issue as I do not use that site very much.

@Manityro Admittedly I tried uploading it to Tensor myself privately, but I also had the same error. It kept happening until I uploaded it listed as a LoCon instead of a LyCORIS. Maybe that would help? Regardless, thank you for sending me your page and for uploading the model! I'll be sure to give it a look-see!
@Immersturm Fingers crossed that tensor support will be able to help since I have yet to receive a reply but maybe just a lot of tickets. They have helped solve issues in the past with the locons I have made so should be sorted once they get around to it.
