Tendencies of this LoRA (and resolution):
The "freckles" tag is VERY Sensitive on nipple areolae results. If you want more natural results I suggest set the weight on 0.8 ~ 0.9.
This LoRA doesn't work with small breasts. Only medium to huge.
This model have some problems with pussy. You can overweight the "pussy" tag, but I recommend inpaint later. Hairy pussies works well.
This LoRA also multiply navels. The tags "double navel" and "multiple navel" on neg fixes it.
Dark nipples: I recommend put (dark nipples, dark areolae:1.2) on neg.

The free version is the best！
The models are quite similar, but to make a better generation I take much more time in Lite.
I have been waiting for a realistic pregnant belly model forever. If you do a version with stretch marks. and the linea nigra I'll subscribe to the patreon in a heartbeat. Also how is it with lying down pictures? Because that should be part of the update too. Oh and support for slightly bigger bellies with twins/multiples would be amazing.
You are right, the current version’s content is not unique or attractive enough and it is not worth paying for

could there be a future option without the saggy boobs and just the pregnancy stomach ? Since I like to use small boobs a lot on my Ai art

I love it!! It would be great if the nipples were more granular (with more Montgomery tubercles) and there would be an option for tits and belly covered in semen
