LORA trained on 40 publicly available images of Isla Fisher.
Trained on base SD 1.5, should work with most models.
Use ADetailer if details are lost and strength of 0.8 should work on most prompts. On checkpoints like epicRealism, realisticVision, try using a lower strength like 0.6.
16, 21 images, 18,24 repeats, picked the 10th epoch.
The face images were a bit more zoomed out this time around.
It looks like it improves likeness, let me know if this is better/worse.

Congratulations! This is the best Isla Fisher model on Civitai. I’ve tried myself and haven’t come as close as you have. Isla is very hard to model, because her looks are not very consistent in pictures. This model looks slightly overcooked, so perhaps a version 2 could improve upon it. If you could share your source images, I’d appreciate it. I could also share with you what I’ve collected. Great work!

I agree with the overfitting, civit doesn't allow uploading multiple files of the same type, otherwise I could have uploaded the earlier epochs as well. Some of those are better than the one I've uploaded, but I typically upload the last epoch that doesn't burn (not sure how else to word it).
I can add one of the earlier epochs as a different version.
Regarding source images, I don't really keep them after I finish training, but it's mainly just from google images.

I just use these phrases and pick images that are at least 1k resolution on each side.
I have started cropping the face images a bit more zoomed out for the last two models.
But apart from that, nothing special.
One thing to keep in mind when collecting training images is to include as many hairstyles/colors and face angles as possible.
And never repeat variations of the same image if possible (same photoshoot, different angle).
Side note, I feel like this model is 80% the way there in terms of likeness, I'm not entirely satisfied with how it turned out, might try again later. And yes, agreed that consistency is definitely an issue with this particular dataset, the model kind of smoothens out the features more than it should.
