Rename the downloaded Lora file to "OraliaCortesX.ckpt" and then place it in the Lora folder.

To use, add this anywhere in the prompt:

OraliaCortes <lora:OraliaCortesX:0.65>

Weights 0.5-0.75 recommended, see examples.
