You can also include or leave out accessories. "mole under eye" may give more than one mole, sorry. For generic clothes you don't really need any special tags, but the appearance might work better if you start with "inapriestess, collarbone".
This Lora will only work with Pony-based models. ADetailer is recommended for faces.
