He is probably the most humanoid Digimon I have ever seen. I don't know much about him, although I did enjoy Digimon back in the day in particular Digimon World on the ps1, that was my jam.
Best weight for this is about 0.8, but you can go up or down for costume changes.

Not sure if his skin is blue or purple (endless eternal color debate) but I put blue skin as it feels closest to the dataset to me, you are welcome to try purple.
