Photo Asian is the checkpoint that is dedicated to have photo realistic Asian photo-images.
Though it is Asian model, still you can create western looks as well (tend to be look more like doll rather than actual person).

Rules
You cannot use the generated images for commercial use if it's not edited (or just turning it to black and white)

Recommended Setting
Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras or DPM++ SDE Karras
CFG Scale(Guidance Scale): 5-7

if you want to generate others than asian with this checkpoint, i highly recommend to put "3D-rendering:2" in negative. If not, it generates mostly a very doll-like face (like already mentioned) or a lot of very emotionless robot-like faces. and to be on the safe side prompta country. this checkpoint can handle countries very well.
(as always, i got that annoying flag that everyone really hates on my uploads)
@stapfschuh Have you tried the same picture without the 1girl tag? Since I have noticed that pictures I tried to upload that contained 1girl in the prompts werent immidiatly cleared, and if I re-did the picture with something different i.e 1woman and it showed 95% the same as before it still almost immidiatly cleared the automatic check.
for something absolutely unpredictable, prompt "mix-of-every-human-race" :D
