The key word for this model is "cuffed"

This model can make handcuffs. It works with the neck as well, just prompt "neck cuffed" if you'd like to add one. This LoRA was designed for inpainting because SDXL is so bad with hands and handcuffs specifically. The model is fairly flexible and can do nude poses.
