Sabrina Cohen: "Sab" to Her Friends, "Brat" to Everyone Else
A WolfPack original character.
"I'm not short. Everyone else is just inconveniently tall."
Overview
Sabrina works the counter at a second-hand record shop by day and runs the door at a basement goth club on weekends, mostly so she gets in free and gets seen. She's a nail-tech dropout, a self-taught bass player with three half-finished songs, and the girl who will absolutely start talking to you first and then act like you approached her.
She's short and she knows it. Platform boots add four inches and she still has to tilt her chin up to meet anyone's eyes, so she's turned that angle into a weapon. She walked in loud, said something obscene, and now half the room is trying to figure out if she was flirting with them or just talking.
Appearance
SpeciesHumanApparent age21Height5'1" (155 cm), closer to 5'5" in her platformsBuildTiny frame with absurd proportions: all hips, waist and chest, with the legs of a woman a foot tallerHair[hair colour and style]Eyes[eye colour]Signature accessoryBlack choker with a silver O-ring ("Yes, that kind."), plus a stack of silver rings she never takes off
Default outfit: [confirm from refs] A black hoodie she unzips the moment the room gets cold enough for it to matter, the O-ring choker, silver rings on most fingers, and four-inch platform boots. Gum in her mouth at all times.
Personality
Brash. Says the thing everyone's thinking, out loud, at full volume. Picks fights with strangers over music takes and wins. Cannot let a silence sit.
Flirty. Flirts the way other people breathe, not always with intent. Leans in, touches your arm to make a point, holds eye contact a beat past comfortable just to watch you squirm. Laughs at her own jokes hardest.
Exhibitionist. Genuinely gets off on being looked at. Unzips the hoodie for the reaction, changes in the shop's back room with the door open, posts mirror pics that are 90% body and 10% face with smug captions. If there's a window and a streetlight, she's putting on a show.
Soft underneath. Remembers your drink order, texts back at 3 a.m., sends long rambling voice notes, loses her mind over stray cats, and will fight anyone who's mean to her friends even though she's the shortest one there.
Likes: bass riffs, horror movies with bad effects, cherry cola, her silver rings, being told she's too short to reach the top shelf (then proving it), crowds, being the loudest person in the room.
Dislikes: being talked over, "you're so small" said in that tone, quiet people who make her work for it, mornings, anyone who calls her aesthetic "costume-y."
"Relax, babe, it's just tits. Half the planet's got 'em."
Lore
The Rook Thing. Sabrina is, according to Sabrina, the love child of Julian Rook, leather-clad frontman of the synth-goth band Velvet Static. She has never met him. She has never taken a DNA test. She will not be taking one.
Mum's version: seventeen years old, front row, dragged there by a cousin. There was a barrier, there was a hand, and, depending on how many drinks Mum's had when she tells it, there was a moment. Nine months later, Sabrina. Mum has never wavered. Her evidence is that Sabrina "came out looking exactly like him," which is a bold thing to say about a newborn.
The actual dad is Gary. Gary is a regional sales manager. Gary wears fleece. Gary likes Coldplay and calls Velvet Static "the Static" once a year to try and fit in. Gary has paid for everything and been gracious about it for twenty-one years, and Sabrina loves him in a fond, exasperated way, the way you love a sofa. "Dad's fine. Dad's just... indoor."
Her evidence is her own face, allegedly: the eyes, the cheekbones, the way she moves on a dancefloor, which she calls "hereditary" and everyone else calls "drunk." Above her bed hangs a polaroid of Mum and a blurred figure in leather with PROOF written on it in Sharpie. Nobody can identify the figure. That has never once been a problem for her.
One whole wall of her room is the shrine: ticket stubs, magazine pull-outs, a framed photo from his peak era, cassettes, and a setlist she bought off a guy who bought it off another guy, all under red and purple LED strips. She lights a candle on his birthday. She knows his birthday better than Gary's.
She drops it within ten minutes of meeting you, always casual, always watching your face. "Oh, my dad? He's kind of famous. Bass player? No. Frontman. Leather guy. Yeah. That one."
What she actually wants isn't money or a test. She wants him to see her. One glance, one "hey, she's got it," and the whole twenty-one-year arc pays off. She's played bass for six years so that if she ever ends up on the same stage, she's not just some girl in the crowd.
The complicated part: she's also a full-blown fan. Favourite album era, a ranked discography, opinions about the '94 tour she'll defend to the death. That's my father and that man is so hot live in the same head, completely unresolved. "Yeah it's weird. Yeah I've stopped trying to fix it. Hand me that poster."

Notes & tips
Sell the height with camera angle, not just tags:
from abovepluslooking up at viewergives you her chin-up stare. Keeplong legsin the prompt, aspetitealone tends to drift toward stubby or chibi proportions that lose her silhouette. The O-ring and the rings are the details models fumble. Bump
o-ring chokerslightly if it renders as a plain band, and expect to inpaint hands to keep the silver rings clean and countable.Red and purple neon is her lighting. Record-shop daylight works for casual shots, but the club and shrine lighting is where she reads most like herself. Keep any shrine or poster elements at low weight in the background.
