Just a quick personal note – before I introduce you to this stunning Lora, please read the following :

In four days, I’ve published three Loras here : SERRAVÉ ; MINERAL_INK ; WOVEN RADIANCE.

    To date, they’ve racked up 327 downloads / 57 likes / 2 comments / 0 buzz.
This is my fourth one, and I’m working on some other, more ambitious projects that I’d really like to share with you.

I publish my work for free, like many creators in this community. Believe me, it’s a lot of work and requires expensive computer equipment, if you want to achieve a satisfactory standard.

Nobody does this for thanks or donations of ‘buzz’. BUT, if we receive no encouragement, if users help themselves and then leave without a word, then why carry on? We could simply keep our Loras to ourselves and publish our own images. Unfortunately, that’s what we might be tempted to do. Or, as some people sometimes do in a rather outrageous way, turn it into a money-making scheme.

So please. Sharing isn’t really sharing if it’s a one-way street.

    Anyway...

EMBERBLOOM — Luminous Colored Charcoal for KREA 2
    Light caught in charcoal.

Deep blacks. Brilliant pigment. Drawings that feel alive.

EMBERBLOOM brings together the expressive weight of traditional charcoal and an exuberant contemporary palette. Velvety shadows hold the image together. Saturated color opens across a face, a wing, a fold of fabric or a vast landscape. Small passages of exposed paper reveal the light.

The result is a tactile visual language: bold, luminous, richly colored, with the intimacy of a drawing made by hand.

Imagine electric cyan crossing a dark silhouette, tangerine emerging from a charcoal shadow, or magenta unfolding through deep violet. Broad strokes carry the movement; quieter areas give the image room to breathe. Color follows the forms, making even a simple subject worth a second look.

EMBERBLOOM was developed through an original artistic direction, this requires creating numerous images locally using complex workflows. Repeated visual reviews and 49 carefully curated training images. The aim was to create a recognizable signature with enough freedom to explore different subjects, scales and moods.

Try expressive portraits, powerful animals, botanical studies, atmospheric architecture—or something wonderfully impossible. A whale above the rooftops. A library beneath the sea. An entire ocean inside a glass bottle.

Recommended strength: 1.0–1.2. Start at 1.1.

    Begin your prompt with :

    vtxemberbloom, colored charcoal drawing, ...

Both the medium phrase and the trigger belong at the beginning of the prompt. This is especially useful when cinematic or photographic language would otherwise pull the image toward realism. If that influence still overwhelms the drawing, increase the LoRA strength gradually.

Show me where you take it. Share your images with their prompts and settings—your discoveries are part of what makes releasing these styles so rewarding.

Give your imagination a little charcoal—and let the color break through.

I've been quietly appreciating your work, but let me express it openly here: thank you so much! I love your LoRAs, they're delightful and artistic and just what this community needs. I always love LoRAs that encourage and support creative use of these powerful tools. Art is expression, after all, and that expression takes many forms.

Thank you so much for this very encouraging comment. I do think that generative AI should lead us toward that—exploring things that would otherwise be impossible to explore. If it’s just to create photos of cats or naked women, I don’t really see the point. (Of course, I’ve done it, but it’s boring and so uninteresting artistically.)
