The answer is yes you can alter breast shape if the current shape is not to your liking. It requires additional LORA and works even with text to image. Enjoy.

@crafted101 I was anticipating a question from others about if the downblouse could accomodate different sized breasts. It was my question to be sure. Using your lora downblouse is possible with other sized breasts and thanks again for making it.
@MMOFan Recommendations of loras that play well with this one to change the size etc?
Since I guess @MMOFan doesn't want to share, anybody else know any loras that play well with it to reshape them?
@FFFFFFFFFuuuu it might work with small breast and saggy and fat just depends on the prompting it was trained with more then one breast size but have not tried it myself
@crafted101 Thanks for the info, will definitely try with more prompting options, Going to also try to run it through a Test with all the popular body ones and see if anything good comes out, If I find anything amazing I'll report back, Thanks again either way for an incredible Lora! @MMOFan no we were wondering which ones you might have tested that that worked well together since loras notoriously in many cases don't work well together or don't have good effects on each other, so as a community usually we try to share testing information to help save each other time and effort and just overall help each other
