Getting started
Load Nyla.safetensors at 1.0 strength. Use a model-only LoRA loader in ComfyUI.
Then add the outfit, pose, expression and setting. The examples leave the face and hair largely to the LoRA.

A note on the gallery
The five outfit shots also use Casual Snapshot Realism V2 at 1.0, with its candid_snap trigger. It adds the casual phone-photo feel and is completely optional.
All five are native 1024 × 1536 outputs with different seeds, without upscaling or face restoration.

could you provide this also with a lower rank? 3.5GB seems rather excessive for a character LoRA...

Why so high rank? Same rank no need for character lora
128 is the compact export rank, it probably doesn't need that much. It held up good across 80 comparisons. Lower rank might work too, but 128 was the conservative choice.
@hestiacummings Look at other character LoRAs for Krea; they usually don't exceed 200 MB. Krea2 is already a very heavy model—most people have to use a quantized version—so if you add several large LoRAs, generation will either stall or become extremely slow. I like the look of your character—thanks for that—but I need to figure out how to lower your model's rank, otherwise I simply won't be able to run it.
I hear you guys. Rank too high, file too big. Still getting used to this having last played with local setups years ago. Future releases will be more space and quality friendly. I'm not redoing and retesting this one though so... 900mb it is! :D
