Made with 130 portraits (skipped a few duplicative ones and the AI commanders) upscaled 4x next nearest. I've found best results come by generating at 400% size (456x568) with a simple BG, removing that BG, and downscaling to get the authentic 2000s file quality. Here's the background if anyone wants to try that.

This game was such a masterpiece I swear, I played the living heck out of this game on my childhood XD (But Gotcha Force is even MORE memorable for me!)
