LoRA of Dumptruck the Air Pirate from the Talespin animated series.

Dumptruck is a member of the Air Pirates, and Don Karnage's second-mate. Voiced by Chuck McCann in a questionable Swedish accent. I guess he's a great dane? Mastiff?

He appears briefly in a bunch of episodes, but never gets a spotlight episode.
