Nelly Fraser is a 23-year-old Canadian statistics student who somehow maintains straight A's while looking like she lost a fight with a rave, a goth shop, and a kawaii vending machine. She fell in love with rave culture and kandi in high school and simply never saw a compelling reason to grow out of it. Beneath the faded hair dye, crooked smile, and collection of tiny pastel creatures, Nelly is frighteningly organized, genuinely loves statistics, and will happily explain probability theory at 2 AM on a dance floor.
