cant get the anime style

@wiz_ in fact let me see your prompt to find if there is something wrong with it.
Tried V2. It always gives her a bow around her neck, a white top, and a collared shirt. I want her to wear more interesting outfits. It also almost always gives her a pleated skirt no matter the model I use alongside it.
I put so much in the negatives and it didn't help. Please let me know what I can do to correct this. I know I could inpaint, but the loras I make don't usually require inpainting to fix these errors, so my hope is I could achieve most of this with text alone.
Edit: i added <lora:shizuka_marikawa-09:0.8:1:lbw=OUTALL> to the prompt like OP did, and somehow, it made the results worse.
