快動作與慢動作本身是MMH3中的內建功能，此滑塊LORA的功能是使快動作與慢動作變得更加極端，並沒有添加新的概念。
Fast motion and slow motion are already built-in features of MMH3. The purpose of this slider LoRA is to make fast motion and slow motion more extreme. It does not introduce any new concepts.
LORA權重:+5 TO -5.
lora權重超過+-5時會太快或太慢.
lora觸發詞非必要。
正面LORA權重時，動作加速，觸發詞:
the person moves at fast speed, performing the action quickly and energetically. fast motion.
負面LORA權重時，動作減速，觸發詞:
the person moves at slow speed, performing the action slowly and deliberately. slow motion.
LORA weight: +5 to -5.
Lora weights exceeding ±5 can be either too fast or too slow.
Lora trigger words are not necessary.
With a positive LORA weight, the action speeds up. Trigger words:
