This model is perfectly capable of generating both SFW and NSFW images, such as characters that are clothed or nude, but this also depends on what kind of clothing you decide to use.

Now reason why I am pointing this out is because there will be times where if you try to generate an image with a said character that is supposed to have clothes, sometimes they will have sections of their clothing that is missing, such as the breasts, belly or butt being exposed, it is also possible for a said character to have ripped clothing, or just generally missing in some areas of their body.

That is if you plan on making your character the size of planet earth (not literally), however, clothing on a specific character when using this model, if they are skinny, applying clothing on their body should have no issues.

However, if you plan on making a specific character while using this model look like if they belonged in the My 600-lb Life, do expect there to be clothing and image generation issues.

This model was never meant to be used to generate any sort of characters that look like if they weighed 600-lb (272.2 Kgs)

Just know that this model only handles pregnant bellies, not breasts or any other body parts of any kind.

This model is mainly responsible for only handling the size of a pregnant belly.
But it may also affect the characters breasts.

This model will also have an effect based on if you use another model for making a character look thicker.

Base Model = Illustrious (though you can use others if compatible)
Clip Skip = depends, but either 1 or 2
Steps = I'd recommend 25 or 30
Guidance = A range of 4 to 7 idk
Strength = 1.0 recommended, experiment with strength values as needed.
