I decided to stick with INT8 because FP8 is just worse across the board here. INT8 ConvRot retains finer details much closer to the BF16 base, and generation speed is significantly better

@llikswonskcalb I'm totally new to this shit. I tried like 2 years ago and my card took longer with SDXL than it takes now to use your model. Decided to test it out again like a week ago and Idk how this int8 sorcery works, but suddenly I have loads to learn. Right now I'm learning how to add controlnet skeletons and such so I can make sure she's super comfortable .
