Nai by MyAiMeN: The Ultimate Male-Focused Krea-2 Model
The Meaning of "Nai" In Thai, "Nai" (นาย) is a versatile word deeply rooted in masculinity. It is commonly used as a formal title (similar to "Mr."), a friendly and polite second-person pronoun among male peers, and historically, it translates to "Boss" or "Master." It embodies masculinity in a culturally unique, respectful, and authoritative way.
The Motivation Most models based on the Krea-2 architecture heavily lean towards generating female subjects. From body types and facial features to clothing, composition, and overall aesthetic styles, the base weights are overwhelmingly female-centric. I created the Nai model originally for my personal use to completely shift this balance, dedicating an entire model exclusively to high-quality male generation.
Feedback & Support Your feedback is always welcome. If you run into any issues or have suggestions for future versions, feel free to drop a comment. If you love the results, tipping some Buzz to support my work is highly appreciated. Enjoy!
Key Features
Dedicated Male Focus: Massively trained on male-centric datasets, significantly shifting the core generation weight toward male subjects and aesthetics.
Enhanced Demographics: Increased diversity in ethnicities and ages, making it much easier to generate men from various regions around the world.
Built-in Male NSFW: Highly trained on male NSFW concepts. You can easily generate specific anatomy, poses, and intimate activities without needing to stack additional LoRAs.
Seamless LoRA Compatibility: Designed to work flawlessly with male character LoRAs. The model adapts easily without distorting or overpowering the specific facial and bodily features of your applied LoRAs.
Hyper-Realistic & Social Media Aesthetic: The model is heavily biased towards photorealism, particularly mimicking the look of mobile phone photography and casual social media selfies. However, it remains highly versatile—if you want different art styles (e.g., illustration, cinematic, anime), you can easily achieve them by explicitly specifying the desired style in your prompt.
Known Quirks & Prompting Tips (To be improved in future versions)
Contextual/Environmental Bias: Because of the added diversity, conflicting environmental prompts can sometimes confuse the model's ethnic output. For example, prompting "An Asian man with blonde hair standing in a German castle" might yield a European man, because the combined weights of "blonde hair" and "German castle" overpower the ethnicity tag.
Tip: Weigh your ethnicity tags heavier, use specific cultural descriptors, or anchor the appearance with a character LoRA.
Extreme NSFW Sensitivity: This is an inherently NSFW model. If you do not explicitly prompt for clothing, the model will default to nudity. Furthermore, if you prompt for clothing but overly describe the anatomy underneath (e.g., "He wears a LONG THICK bulge jockstrap"), the model's strong anatomical understanding will cause the anatomy to literally break through the fabric. Keep clothing prompts simple if you want them to stay on!
Sweat Rendering: Prompting for "sweat" on a naked body can occasionally render as a thick white fluid instead of clear water droplets.
Body Hair Dynamics: If you want a smooth body, you must include "hairless body" in your prompt, otherwise random chest hair may appear. Conversely, prompting for facial hair (e.g., "beard") on certain ethnicities like Arab men will almost always trigger heavy full-body hair generation.
💡 Prompting Tips: Anatomy & Size Control
Because this V1 model was trained to emphasize a highly dominant, masculine aesthetic (RAW | MALE | MASTER), the baseline generations naturally lean toward very large sizes. Here is how you can better control the anatomy in your prompts:
Controlling Direction: The model responds well to directional prompts. Example: "His [anatomy] is pointing LEFT-UpWARD."
Achieving Realistic Sizes: Since the base size is already large, using modifiers like "long" or "very long" is enough for realistic proportions. Avoid terms like "HUGE" or "Extra large" unless you are aiming for extreme, unnatural proportions. You can also use body landmarks to define length (e.g., "long slender flaccid [anatomy] loose hanging down length above knee's level").
Prompting for Smaller Sizes: Getting smaller sizes can be tricky in this version. Use words like "small" or "short" alongside body landmarks rather than exact measurements. Example: "short slender flaccid [anatomy] pointing upward length under the navel." (Do not use "20 cm", the model doesn't process exact measurements).
🤝Mosly work small size example "His thin short and small penis is pointing downward"
⚠️ The "Tiny" Warning: Avoid using words like "very small" or "very tiny." The model will shrink the anatomy to the point where it might generate female anatomy instead to maintain its realism logic. (If a gender-bending result is your actual goal, this is a great way to achieve it without needing an extra LoRA!).
🤝 Call for Dataset Contribution: Currently, my dataset for smaller anatomy sizes is highly limited. If anyone has access to high-quality reference data for this (must be consensual, legally obtained, and ethically sourced), please feel free to reach out to me via Direct Message. Your contributions will greatly help in balancing the dataset for the next major update!

A Note on Formats
Which format should you choose? While the file sizes of int8_convrot and FP8 are nearly identical, I highly recommend using BF16 or int8_convrot if your system can handle it. int8_convrot preserves the model's weight precision much better than FP8, giving you sharper details, more accurate anatomy, and superior overall generation quality. Choose FP8 only if extreme VRAM optimization is your absolute priority.
Note: All sample images provided with this model were generated purely via Text-to-Image without the use of any LoRAs.

Thanks for sharing. A lot of work has obviously gone into this. Really nice!
Thank you so much! Hearing this makes all the hard work worth it. I'd love to see what you create with it, so feel free to share your generations here! Enjoy!
Always great to see a male-oriented model! I like it, and it's able to be flexible and do multiple media. If you could give us more options with regards to genitals, that would be most helpful: size, state, etc. Currently the model tends to give extremely large erect members, which is not ideal. Builds tend toward overly defined ones, which is also not really ideal. More variety and versatility will be much appreciated!
Thank you for the detailed feedback! I'm glad you appreciate the male-focused approach. Since this V1 was trained heavily on the 'Master/Raw' aesthetic, it tends to push the extreme limits. I've taken notes on the variety (anatomy types and natural states) and will definitely balance this out in V2. Stay tuned!
@MyAiMeN I love it! It's a really great model and gives fantastic output. We can always use more male-focused models!
I like the large genitals 🍆💦 you can always write "extremely small penis" if you want them tiny.
Thank you for the detailed feedback! Since this model was specifically trained to emphasize dominant masculine traits, the dataset leans heavily toward larger sizes. This is a limitation I definitely plan to balance out in the next version. In the meantime, here are some prompting tips to help you get the exact results you want:
Direction Control: The model is quite flexible with positioning. You can easily prompt directions like, "His [anatomy] is pointing LEFT-UpWARD."
Standard Sizing: Because the baseline size is already prominent, simply using "long" or "very long" will yield realistic, well-proportioned results. I don't recommend using "HUGE" or "Extra Large" unless you want extreme, exaggerated sizes. You can also define length using body landmarks, for example: "long slender flaccid [anatomy] loose hanging down length above knee's level."
Downsizing (The tricky part): Prompting for smaller sizes is currently challenging due to the limited dataset for it. Your best bet is using terms like "small" or "short", combined with anatomical references. For example: "short slender flaccid [anatomy] pointing upward length under the navel." (Avoid using exact measurements like "20 cm" as the model doesn't process them well). Note: Try to avoid using "very small" or "very tiny." It will shrink the size so much that the model might attempt to generate female anatomy instead to maintain realism. (Though, if that happens to be your goal, you can achieve it directly without needing an extra LoRA!).

I should test this model, thank you for making male centered checkpoint
Thank you so much. Please feel free to share your generations here! Enjoy!
This is great! love it so far
Thank You.
Many thanks for the male checkpoint, that is very rare 😍🔥 (I sent you buzz)
Wow, thank you so much for the Buzz and the kind words! 😍 Male-focused models definitely need more love in the community, so I’m thrilled you’re enjoying it. Please feel free to share your generated images here for everyone to admire. Have fun creating!

Finally someone has noticed men! I've already downloaded and used it, I'll send you more bzzz later!
Thank you so much! Have fun with it, and don't forget to share your generated images here for us to admire!
@MyAiMeNI encountered an issue when using this model: the generated images are extremely blurry and dark, with only barely visible vague outlines of the figures. I have no idea what went wrong, as I can generate images normally with other models. I'm not questioning that this is your team's problem, I just want to confirm whether this model belongs to the turbo_int8_convrot type, since my other turbo models work fine.
@Kong_QuQ Hi! Thank you for reaching out. No worries, let's get this sorted out!
Since this model is indeed built for Turbo-speed generation, the dark and blurry issue usually happens if the VAE or specific settings don't match. Here are the recommended settings to get the perfect result:
Steps: 8 - 9
Sampler: Euler
Scheduler: Simple
Text Encoder: qwen3vl_4b_uncensored_int8_convrot.safetensors OR qwen3-vl-4b-heretic_int8.safetensors
VAE: krea2RealVae_v10.safetensors
Please give these settings a try! If you're still running into any problems after this, just let me know, and we will figure it out and fix it together!
P.S. Please also make sure to update your ComfyUI or WebUI Forge Neo to the latest version to ensure full compatibility with the int8_convrot format. Happy generating!
Thank you for this. I've been experimenting with this model (along with some key LoRAs) for a few days and I've gotten the best photographic realism I've ever seen. A+
Thank you for the A+ rating! 🙏 I'm thrilled to hear you're getting such incredible realism. Feel free to share your masterpieces with us here. Happy prompting!
The skin and body hair often looks quite poor, like plastic.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really appreciate your feedback and will definitely try to improve on this in future updates.
I look forward to future updates and sincerely appreciate your work; this model is excellent—easily the best Krea2-based diffusion model optimized for male subjects that I have used, producing very realistic figures. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Even without specific prompts regarding size, the generated penis is consistently very large—excessively so. For a model that prioritizes realism, the default size is unrealistic. 2. When the goal is artistic rather than pornographic, the subject often features a flaccid penis; however, the model struggles to render a truly flaccid state, tending instead to depict a drooping, semi-erect look rather than a fully relaxed, smaller, or retracted one. 3. The representation of different ethnicities leans heavily towards Caucasian features; even when prompting for "East Asian male" or using a weight like "East Asian male face: 1.5," it seems difficult to achieve an authentic East Asian facial appearance. Thank you for your work!
Thank you so much for the incredibly detailed and constructive feedback! Hearing that it's the best Krea2 male model you've used really means a lot to me.
You completely hit the nail on the head regarding the current limitations. Since V1's dataset heavily emphasized the 'dominant/master' aesthetic, it definitely skewed the baseline towards extreme sizes and Caucasian features. Achieving a natural, relaxed flaccid state and adding authentic, diverse Asian facial structures are exactly my top priorities for the V2 dataset upgrade!
Your input is extremely helpful for shaping the next version. Thanks again for your support!
@MyAiMeN I look forward to your updates. Although male-focused models are a niche—especially given that Civitai is dominated by diffusion models optimized for female subjects—there is certainly a significant audience that will appreciate your work, myself included. Thank you again for your creations!come on!
@aaronkong2022342 I really appreciate the kind words and encouragement. Building a male-focused model in a space dominated by female models is challenging but highly rewarding, and your support fuels my passion for future updates.
Regarding your earlier feedback on facial features, a quick tip is to use specific nationalities rather than broad terms like "East Asian." Try prompting with exact words like Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian, or Indonesian, as the dataset uses these specific tags.
However, I completely agree that ethnic diversity remains an issue. The base Krea2 model inherently has limited diversity, which makes it a bit tricky to overcome. I will definitely do my best to improve this in the upcoming versions. Thanks again for being part of this journey!
@MyAiMeN Thank you very much for your suggestions. Although I explicitly specified "Chinese," "Korean," or "Japanese" in my prompts, the results were not entirely satisfactory—likely due to the model's training data. In most cases, the output tends to look like a blend of East Asian and Caucasian features. Interestingly, there is a noticeable pattern: the likelihood of generating a distinctly Chinese face is higher in close-ups or facial close-ups—appearing more authentically Chinese or East Asian—whereas the probability drops significantly in medium shots or full-body shots. I am sharing this feedback sincerely regarding my user experience, not to complain. Additionally, the specific nationalities mentioned—Chinese, Korean, or Japanese—do not actually exhibit very distinct character traits within the Nai model. Finally, thank you for reading.
@MyAiMeN I’m not sure if this counts as a suggestion—or if it’s even appropriate—but there are so many Krea2 fine-tuned models on the Civitai community featuring East Asian women. I actually use them myself—models like the moodyCutieMix, Velvetmusel, and DarkBeast series. Even though they weren't specifically trained on men, perhaps due to the underlying training data regarding ethnicity, I’ve been able to use them to generate satisfying images of East Asian men. I was wondering—just a thought—if it might be possible to create some kind of merge? Then again, that might not be suitable, given potential licensing issues—haha.
@aaronkong2022342 That is actually a brilliant observation, and I really appreciate you sharing it! You are absolutely right that their underlying ethnic training data is very strong.
I actually experimented with this exact concept recently. The challenge is that those specific models are heavily fine-tuned with very dominant weights. When merged with Nai—even at a fraction of a percent—they completely overpower the base. The merge ends up stripping away the unique RAW aesthetic and the photographic styles that defines "Nai".
Right now, I am actively exploring alternative techniques to integrate better East Asian features without compromising Nai's core identity and capabilities. Improving this diversity is definitely a top priority for the next update. Thanks for brainstorming with me!
@MyAiMeN Keep it up! I’m really looking forward to your latest work; I can't wait to see it. I’ve been using your model lately, and the aesthetics and realism are truly captivating. Actually, it doesn't strictly have to be a native East Asian look—though that would be ideal if possible. In the current version, whenever I need an East Asian look, I’ve found a great Asian-focused LoRA: PornMaster_Krea2_Asian_slider_V1.safetensors. Even though it wasn't specifically trained on male subjects, combining this LoRA with your model allows me to generate East Asian men. Sure, it’s hard to distinguish between Chinese, Korean, and Japanese features, but that doesn't really matter—it gets the job done for me. I’m sharing this so other guys looking for East Asian male characters can try this combination of the LoRA and the Nai model. The main issues that really need addressing, though, are the oversized penises and the flaccid penis appearance—haha.
Thank you so much for this checkpoint ! Cant wait to play with it <3
Thank you so much! I hope you have a lot of fun generating images with it! ❤️
Absolutely amazing, The one and the only one fit all the purpose that I needed.
Thanks a lot! So glad it fits your needs. Have fun generating!✨
