This slider changes the distance between the breasts, i.e., the breast gap.
Good results are achieved between -4 (closely set breasts) and 2 (widely set breasts). The slider is independent of clothing (provided the clothing allows for a difference) and also works well with character Lora.
The slider's effect is somewhat dependent on breast size.

I am aware of that. With sliders that alter anatomy, striking a balanced ratio is always a fine line. If a character LoRA is used in addition to the slider, this effect is less pronounced.

Sorry... Concept Slider and Concept LoRA are different things. Also, the architecture of SDXL/ILL is completely different from that of KREA 2.

@ermbaby Yes... that is quite possible. However, the LoRA you mentioned is a character LoRA and therefore cannot be applied to other characters.
