Another one is coming ^^
This has me reminded of the villains in the classic 90s anime Heroic Age. In that one the ageless alien race trying to take out humanity looks rather elven looking.
The difference is that they each pilot their own spaceship alone, and spend time far apart. They are not that social and, due to being ageless, they don't need to grow population much. They are also rather indifferent.

@Z1os No problem. It is a good anime with an interesting ending. It is based partially on old Greek mythology related to the creation of humans by the gods where they used different materials. The villain faction is based on the version of people made out of silver that had no emotions and were indifferent. The humans like us in the anime are based on the final version made out of iron.
Besides some good action, I like how it plays on things like politics treaties from time to time without being the type that gives headaches. And it gives arguments for both sides and touches on philosophy for each side and for doing what they do.
