From a look at the metadata it looks like you only used 15 pictures. That's a pretty small dataset for such a prominent character in an animated work (there's no shortage of screencaps and official art to use). For Illustrious, 20 is normally the recomended minimum for usable results, and (for one costume single character) ~30 is the point image quality surpasses image quantity in importance.
