I rendered 1280×736 videos up to 15 seconds with an 8gb vram 4060 card even while browsing the net (no freezes).
Turbo is already in the default checkpoint — do not add speed LoRA.
Or use your favorite model of choice with speed lora if you prefer!
Detailed settings are in the workflow but here is a Low Vram rundown:
stage 1 use 0.3–0.4 MP → stage 2 use 0.9 MP (1280×736), tiles 512×384, upscale denoise 0.18.

I uploaded another file on this model page which should fix your issue. The file is optional_lora_loader.py but I had to zip it because civit would not allow me to up py files. Simply unizip then:
1. Put optional_lora_loader.py in ComfyUI/custom_nodes/
2. Restart ComfyUI
3. Reload the workflow
This should fix it! Let me know.

@Natsu24 Could be a few reasons, depending on your install type, version, and so forth. What I did was created a variant that removes the custom lora node entirely, the no_nora version, should be ready for you on the model page. If you need lora just load them the standard way. Hope it works!
Thank you for your creativity—the workflow is fast and easy, but if possible, could you create another workflow that doesn't include a field for increasing video Upscaler?
Do you mean a version with no upscaler at all, or a disable switch to turn it off?
