Tried to filter out most of loli stuff.

Based on my own testing, it works with Anima 2.9B, but you need to use the latest version of NeoForge, which includes the Anima LoRA Re-Mapping feature.
(I don't know how well it performs with ComfyUI, though. I'm not a big fan of it.)
