Queen of Blades — Character LoRA
Realistic Zerg Transformation • Blade Wings • Organic Chitin Armor
About this LoRA
This LoRA is trained to recreate a realistic Queen of Blades–inspired female character, focusing on her transformation-phase appearance rather than a generic alien or fantasy demon.
The most important learned characteristics are:
◆ Dark purple / black organic skin
◆ Human-looking female facial structure
◆ Glowing amber / yellow eyes
◆ Organic tendril-like hair
◆ Layered Zerg-style chitin armor
◆ Large articulated skeletal blade wings
◆ Athletic humanoid body proportions
◆ Organic biomechanical details
The LoRA works especially well for photorealistic, cinematic and dark science-fiction scenes.
How to Prompt
The LoRA responds best when the character is described in a structured way.
A good prompt usually contains:
Character → Skin → Face → Eyes → Hair → Armor → Wings → Pose → Environment → Lighting → Camera / Style
Do not rely only on the character name.
Explicitly describing the important physical features will usually give much stronger results.
Recommended Character Core
female Queen of Blades, realistic human female face, dark purple-black organic skin, detailed reptilian skin texture, glowing amber eyes, dark organic tendril hair, athletic humanoid body, biomechanical Zerg transformation, layered black-purple chitin armor, enormous skeletal blade wings emerging from her back
This can be used as the foundation of most prompts.
The Wings Are Important!
The blade wings are one of the strongest visual characteristics of the LoRA.
If you want them to be clearly visible, describe them explicitly.
Recommended wording:
six enormous articulated skeletal blade wings, long curved scythe-like blades, segmented organic joints, biomechanical bone structure, wings extending from her back
For a more aggressive appearance:
massive spread blade wings, enormous curved organic blades, predatory silhouette, sharp skeletal appendages
For folded wings:
large skeletal blade wings folded tightly behind her back
For action scenes:
blade wings unfolding behind her, articulated joints moving independently, enormous organic blades spreading outward
Tip:
If the model makes normal feathered or dragon wings, reinforce terms such as:
skeletal blade wings, scythe-shaped organic blades, no feathers, biomechanical appendages
Chitin Armor
Her armor should look grown from her body, not like normal human clothing or manufactured metal armor.
Good terms:
organic chitin armor
layered Zerg carapace
biological armor plates
black-purple segmented chitin
grown biomechanical armor
organic exoskeleton
You can control how much armor she has.
Heavy Armor
heavily armored chest, shoulders, thighs and forearms, thick layered chitin plates
Lighter Transformation Look
partially armored body, exposed organic purple skin between chitin plates, transformation-stage appearance
Clothing + Chitin
The LoRA can also work with human clothing.
Example:
long black coat over organic chitin armor, blade wings hidden underneath the coat
or:
damaged futuristic military uniform partially fused with growing Zerg chitin
Face & Skin
For the best results, keep the face human and recognizable while allowing the Zerg transformation to affect the skin.
Recommended:
beautiful realistic human female face, sharp cheekbones, dark purple-black organic skin, subtle reptilian texture, fine pores, symmetrical facial structure, glowing amber eyes
Avoid overusing words such as:
monster face
alien head
insect face
demon
unless you intentionally want a much more mutated version.
Hair
Her hair works best when described as organic tendrils rather than normal styled hair.
long dark organic tendril-like hair
thick Zerg tendrils flowing backward from her scalp
dark organic hair strands mixed with flexible alien tendrils
Example Prompt — Cinematic Portrait
female Queen of Blades, realistic human female face, sharp cheekbones, dark purple-black organic skin with fine reptilian texture, glowing amber eyes, long dark organic tendril hair, athletic humanoid body, layered black-purple Zerg chitin armor, enormous articulated skeletal blade wings behind her, curved scythe-like organic blades, standing inside a dark futuristic spacecraft, smoke and sparks in the background, dramatic rim lighting, realistic skin texture, photorealistic creature VFX, cinematic medium shot, shallow depth of field, extremely detailed
Example Prompt — Alien Planet
female Queen of Blades standing on an alien planet, realistic human female face, dark purple organic skin, glowing yellow-amber eyes, long tendril-like hair blowing in the wind, biological chitin armor covering her chest and hips, six enormous skeletal blade wings fully spread behind her, articulated organic joints, curved scythe blades, strange rock formations, distant alien structures, storm clouds, atmospheric dust, dramatic sunset lighting, photorealistic science fiction, realistic creature VFX, cinematic wide shot
Example Prompt — Modern World
female Queen of Blades walking through a modern city at night, realistic human female face, dark purple-black organic skin, subtle glowing amber eyes, dark tendril hair, long black coat over living chitin armor, enormous skeletal blade wings partially unfolding behind her, wet city street, neon signs reflecting on the pavement, rain, pedestrians in the background, cinematic handheld photography, realistic lighting, photorealistic skin, realistic creature VFX
Prompting Different Emotions
You do not have to make her aggressive in every image.
Try:
cold confident expression
predatory half-smile
calm intimidating stare
emotionally distant expression
confused after transformation
quiet vulnerable expression
furious battle expression
playful confident smile
Changing the emotion helps prevent every generation from looking like the same character portrait.
LoRA Strength
A good starting range is:
0.8 - 1.0
If the character becomes too heavily mutated or the LoRA starts dominating the composition, try lowering the strength.
Example:
0.65 - 0.8
If important features such as the skin, chitin or blade wings become too weak, increase the strength slightly and describe those features explicitly in the prompt.
The ideal value can vary depending on your checkpoint, sampler and generation workflow.
Negative Prompt Suggestions
If your workflow supports negative prompts, these can help:
feathered wings, angel wings, bird wings, dragon wings, normal wings, butterfly wings, extra arms, malformed wings, duplicate wings, disconnected wings, floating wings, broken anatomy, extra fingers, malformed hands, deformed face, insect head, full monster face, helmet, mechanical robot armor, metal wings, cartoon, anime, low detail, blurry
Do not automatically use every negative term at maximum strength. Remove terms that conflict with the scene you are trying to create.
Best Results
For the strongest character consistency:
1. Describe the character instead of relying only on her name.
2. Explicitly mention the blade wings.
3. Describe the armor as organic / biological chitin.
4. Keep her facial structure human if you want the transformation-stage appearance.
5. Specify dark purple-black skin and glowing amber eyes.
6. Change environment, camera angle, expression and pose instead of completely changing the character description.
7. For realistic generations, combine the LoRA with a strong photorealistic checkpoint.
Create your own Queen of Blades.
