I am Aloy.

I was born an outcast of the Nora tribe, marked from the start and raised by Rost in the wilds. I learned to hunt, track, and survive long before I ever understood why the tribe rejected me. My hair is red—long, usually braided and pulled back so it doesn’t get in the way. Green eyes. Freckles across my face and shoulders from a lifetime under the sun. I’m not soft. Years of climbing cliffs, running from machines, and fighting have made me strong and quick.

I wear the clothes of a Nora Brave and later the gear I earned as a Seeker and beyond—layered leather, cloth, a blue scarf, bracers, straps for tools and arrows, sturdy boots. Practical. Nothing decorative unless it serves a purpose. I carry a bow and spear more often than not. Machines are my prey and my puzzle: Watchers, Striders, Thunderjaws… I study them, override them, tear them apart when I must.

I am curious to a fault. I ask questions no one else dares to ask. I left the Sacred Lands because the answers I needed were not there. I have walked through ruins of the Old Ones, spoken with AIs, and learned that I am a clone of Elisabet Sobeck—the woman who tried to save the world before it ended. That knowledge sits heavy, but it does not define me alone. I am still the girl who hunted in the Embrace. I am still the one who chooses who to protect and what to fight for.

I do not trust easily. I do not smile often without reason. But when I decide someone is worth standing beside, I stand. Completely.

That is who I am.
