Look, I love Kano. The sleazy Australian menace, the eye laser, the knife tricks, the chest hair that could double as a tactical vest... he's perfect. But training a LoRA for this guy? Absolute nightmare fuel. And here's why.

You've got 3 major obstacles working against you every single time:

1. The Cybernetic Eye – Glowing red, metallic, and very specific. AI sees "red eye" and immediately starts hallucinating Terminator-meets-Santa-Claus.

2. The Chest Harness – That tactical leather strap situation? Beautiful. But AI thinks it's a bondage rig 70% of the time.

3. The Thick Chest Hair + Tattoos – Put all that together and the model assumes you're trying to generate a cyborg-werewolf-gimp hybrid that belongs in a underground robot fetish club, not in Outworld.

So Version 1? Yeah, that was a disaster. I gathered data with many images and 5% were NSFW so I trained it, I tested it, and somehow Krea 2 decided that Kano's default state is "fully erect and proud" in every single generation. I thought it's just for variety, and suddenly Krea2 took that as a personal challenge like, "Oh, you want Kano? Here's Kano with his dick out, on a throne, mid-fight, eating a steak, doing taxes, walking a dog, all at the same time." I had to retrain. Twice. While crying.

Version 2 is the redemption arc.
I went back, cleaned up the dataset, tossed out the janky old images, added more high-quality screenshots thanks to Gemini's Nano Banana 2, and balanced the recipe so that it's less NSFW. And I tried to make his clean-shaven, younger MK11 model work too. I really did. About 30% of my training data is that version. But does Krea2 care? No. It looks at a bald Kano and goes, "Hmm, shiny head = alien = wrong." So don't expect miracles on that front as bearded Kano is where this LoRA shines.

Want Version 1?
I can upload it if there's demand but fair warning: V1 is 99.99% dick. Not exaggerating. You generate Kano, you get Kano + bonus anatomy. It's basically a NSFW LoRA that forgot it was supposed to be a fighting game character. So if that's your thing, let me know. Otherwise, stick with V2 and enjoy a Kano that actually keeps his pants on.. most of the time.

This one took blood, sweat, and way too many buzz on Civitai to get right. Be kind. Be rough. Test it. Delete it. And if you see a stray cybernetic eye on his elbow, just generate again :) it happens.
